The Ben-tern just shit ALL OVER his old deadlift P.R. after training at the MAN Cave for 1 month...
ONE MONTH!!!!
He isn't some new guy either...he's trained hard for the past 10 years!!!
Normally when you are as well versed as him in strength training you spend months or even years fighting for 10-20 lbs on a deadlift PR...
But in 1 Month, Ben dropped a fat deuce on his old record by 75 lbs!!!
What did he do different???
It wasn't some bullshit program off of tv or some bullshit potion sold by GNC...
He busted ass and followed the Elite Method For the Meat Headed down to the T!!!
He bought in to the program and stuck with it...
It took balls and a leap of faith, but homeboy did it and he is enjoying the fruits of his labor while other pussies are bitching and moaning about their lack of theirs...
What can you take from this?
If you have a goal, find a solution and STICK WITH IT!!!
