A quick story about me...

Back in my college years I thought I was the shit...I was the biggest guy in the campus Rec Center and thought I was King Kong!!!
It was not until I got an invite to do strongman training out at one of UF's strength coaches house that I realized how wrong I was.
I got absolutely SMOKED by everyone out there (including guys that were about 30 lbs. lighter than me)...
Needless to say, this was probably the most important piece of humble pie I've ever had to chow down on!
Why? Because this is what forced me to second guess my ENTIRE approach to training. From that point on I was OBSESSED with everything Strength & Conditioning...
From then on out I made it my goal to learn how to create what I deemed to be the perfect athletic specimen...Someone with equal parts size, strength, power, endurance, speed and conditioning.
Well, after all these years I've finally done it! And the good news is I'm giving you the chance to bypass all of the time and research it took for me to attain this knowledge!
On November 19th-20th I'm putting together the most comprehensive, hands on, and intense Strength Seminar as a way to help you bust through those pesky plateaus and sticking points that are leaving you so frustrated!
It's only for those that are serious though, and because it will be very hands on (we aren't done until EVERYBODY understands the proper form and programming), I can only accept 15 people to participate...
