I spent this entire week talking about some very important issues that when you have a good understanding of will put you in a far better position to have success in the gym...
I discussed how understanding the bodies different energy systems will help you program better and lead to you GETTING SWOLE...
I discussed how manipulating your body with training, nutrition and rest will help you harness your bodies naturally produced hormones and essentially give you the same results as STEROIDS without getting pinched or have disappearing balls...
Now, I wouldn't have told you all about these key issues if I didn't think they were important to your success in the gym, but I also think that education without implementation is as useless as nipples on a dude!!!
So let me put it all together for you in a nice sample training routine for you that I like to call FLEX Friday (by the way, let me know if you can spot the joke that I so slyly placed in the video...)
Trust me, this FLEX Friday will leave you with the SICKEST SWOLLGASM EVER!!!!
