So you've seen me do a lot of core lifts with added band tension by this point. And for good reason! It expedites strength and power output...
 
That said, there are many other lifts we do with bands that will aid in this and also the simple goal of getting SWOLE!!!
 
From top to bottom, Plyometrics all the way to Accessory work, this video will show you how to implement different band training exercises into your program in order to get Bigger, Stronger, Faster, and more SWOLE than you ever imagined you could be!!!
 
These badass exercises only work if you plug them into your existing program though, so check out the video, and get to training!!!
