It's been a weekend full of sweet gluttony...

 

Thanksgiving, Football, Liquid Courage, and repeating all of the above!

 

And trust me, I'm NEVER gonna tell you to refrain from enjoying these things! As a matter of fact the Ben-Tern and I discussed that those that do not enjoy all of the delicious treats that this glorious festival of thanks and gluttony provide are NOT trustworthy!!!

 

That said, with all of the AWESOME that is packed in to this weekend, we still had to GET OUR SWOLE ON!!! 

 

It wasn't the ideal scenario since we had to train at a gym that resonates with those that produce less TESTOSTERONE, however we did something that you can take note of that'll grant you some great success...

 

WE TRAINED ANYWAY!!!!

 

Remember, the Holidays are a very nostalgic and feel good time of the year, however, you must remember your goals and continue to work towards them!!!!
