I get questions all the time from people who want to know what supplements or gear can help their lifting career...
They mean well, and their heart is in the right place, but if you are a novice lifter wanting to increase your numbers then you need to focus on the right things!!!
Unless you've been lifting hard for 3-5 years with quality and structured training, you shouldn't worry about the "crutches" that function as little more than bullshit fixes...
You've been Olympic Lifting for three weeks and want to know what the best Olympic Lifting shoes are?
FUCK YOUR SHOES!!!
Focus on getting stronger before worrying on trivial things like this!!!
If you're looking for a quick fix for a problem that has no short term solution, then you are out of luck!!!
What gear should you get? How about a pair of brass balls that allow you to MAN UP and lift weights until you get bigger and stronger!!!
Until you do this, don't worry about the fine tuning...
