Hope the weekend went well...
I went through minor withdrawals without good College Football on, but I managed to find entertainment in other ways.
Instead of camping out on the couch while eating MAN Food and watching good ole American Football, I ventured out to my good friend Elliott Hulse's gym in St. Pete to kill some weights!!!
While I was there we talked about what meatheads typically talk about...swapping stories about how awesome it is to be stronger than practically everybody in our area code, and we breached the subject of what I do to get ripped while maintaining size, strength, and my MAN Card...
Well, he liked it so much he decided I needed to share it with everyone out there that's tired of having to do that boring and mundane cardio that saps your size and strength gains...
And the beauty about it? It only takes a few minutes a day!!!
