Are you making this mistake???

For all of you SWOLEdiers out there that are members of Team SWOLE Patrol, and receive my daily programming, you will notice that there is a prescribed number of reps for every on of the exercises we do...
Well, obviously if I've assigned 3-4 sets of an exercise with a certain number of reps, after the first set, you might not be able to get the same number of reps with that same weight....
So what should you do???
Go with a lighter weight and insure that you get the prescribed number of reps????
Or, should you stay with the same weight and possibly risk not getting the prescribed number of reps???
