7 Quick & SIMPLE tips that'll help you...

What's crackin' SWOLEdiers?! 
 
I was supposed to outline these tips for you last night in video form, but got caught up with moving into my new apartment...
 
Anyway, here are 11 simple and easy tips that'll help you in your endless pursuit to getting SWOLE (Strong, Jacked, explosive, ripped, and fast...)
 
 
1) Eat for what you're preparing to do....If you are a day or a few hours away from a high weight, high volume, MAN Quotient building session, eat enough quality food to fuel yourself through the training. If you aren't, then EAT LIGHT!!!
 
 
2) Lift the weight as fast as you can...but maintain your form...We aren't going to get faster and more explosive unless we start moving FAST!!! And we aren't gonna stay healthy enough to realize our goals if we have sloppy form...
 
 
3) Write down your goals and have a BULLETT PROOF PLAN that'll help you reach them...How do you expect to reach a goal if you don't piece together a plan, or even remember what the goal is?!
 
 
4) Know HOW to lift...If one of your goals is to bench 1.5 x's your body weight and you have form that would make even Richard Simmons laugh, you probably aren't gonna reach your goals...  
 
 
5) Lift with Some FOCUSED INTENSITY!!! That's the ONLY way for you to get the result you want in the gym or in life...Check out some of my favorite tricks to up your intensity HERE...
 
 
6) Don't Just Educate...IMPLEMENT!!! It absolutely amazes me that people will take the time and effort to educate themselves on what works, but won't take the time to actually implement it!!! Check out my boy Blake....he came to the 1st Certification and is CRUSHING it now!!!
 
 
7) Get a Coach that'll get you there...How are you going to reach your goals if you don't know HOW to get them? The absolute BEST and MOST IMPORTANT step you can take to achieve your goal is to learn from those that have achieved what you want to achieve!
