Doing something DIFFERENT at the MAN Cave....

I've discussed the value of De-Loading, and how we use a good de-load week every fifth week on the SWOLE System...
Well, the thing about De-Loading is, there are tons of different ways to do it!!!
For a while I have been simply taking the steps below to de-load...
- Take out accommodated resistance work out of the core lift (no bands or chains)
- Cut volume of Supplemental & Accessory work by 1/2 or as much as 2/3's
- Eliminating the Finishers and StrongMAN Sunday
- Doing a lot of active recovery, deep tissue, and mobility work
