There's no doubt about it, I'm obsessed with 
the bench press! 
 
Wasn't always the case though. I used to suck
at it. Couldn't do it because it wrecked my delts
and pec minor.
 
That's until I implemented this little trick...
 
Bench Tip: Retract your shoulder blades and tuck
your elbows...
 
Doesn't sound like much, but when I started doing 
this my bench increased 30+ lbs. in 1 session!!!
