I got a pretty cool Ask MANdler question
today about what would make for a quick,
easy, and effect SWOLE friendly snack...
Well, I've found that if you want one that's
easy, tasty, and packs a nutritional punch,
then you gotta go for the "Healthy Elvis"...
All it is is a almond butter, banana, and raw
honey sandwich on Ezekial bread...
Absolutely delicious!
