What's Crackin' SWOLEdiers?!
First off let me remind you guys that I don't
think of myself as just a strength & conditioning
coach.
I look at myself as someone that has the ability
and desire to change the lives of those that want
more out of life itself...
Fitness is just the vehicle I use to expose the
greatness that lies within everyone...
I love exposing the greatness they have which
is why I LOVE my job!

Thanks very much for your training program, diet
tips and for mixing some comedy into your videos!
I really like your style and even though I am a 47yr.
old man, I've made some nice gains by following the
DBAP mentality and obviously your program.
I just completed my first 12 week session and was
able to drop 1.5 inches in my waist while adding 15lbs
to my bench, 20lbs to my strict press, 35lbs to my
deadlift and 20lbs to my squat. My goal was to drop
some dead weight while keeping my strength and as
you can tell from my results, I was able to achieve that!
