-OH Press (1 Rep Max & 0.75 *Bodyweight Reps)
-Pullups (1 Rep Max Weighted & Bodyweight Reps)
-Push Ups (Reps til Failure)
All of these tests will gauge where you stand versus
everyone else in the MAN Quotient department (your
level of true Machismo & Bravado)...
