I know we all love the bench and will
do anything to increase it...
Like I always say, the number we spit out
in response to people asking "how much
ya bench?" is more than just a question...
It's practically an extension to our manhood!!!
So I wanna give you a quick tip to help
you belt out a higher number whenever
you're asked that...
Do about 10-15 band pull aparts with a light
to medium tension band before a big 1RM
attempt on the bench...
It'll help activate your upper back, delts,
and lats so that you can better stabilize for
heavier attempts..
