Burning Myth's any longer!!! They're BS
and all of you deserve to know the truth...
 
Myth #1: Cardiovascular training is the only 
way to burn body fat...
 
The truth is that although that cardio does burn 
some fat, metabolic conditioning is far superior 
if you want to burn MORE fat...
 
Myth #2: You can't Burn Fat and Build Muscle
at the same time...
 
I've made a very nice living proving this myth

Myth #3: You have to do isolation exercises if
you want to get ripped...
 
This was made popular by bodybuilders and 
couldn't be further from the truth!
 
If you wanna get ripped as hell, do multi-joint
movements in a circuit format. This burns more 
calories and increases your metabolism big time!!!
