Today I had a bench form coaching
session with a fellow meathead who
drove all the way from Albany, NY...
First off, that's some serious dedication
when you consider the MAN Cave is in
Tampa, FL...#RespectJessBohl
I thought I'd share a quick note about the
knowledge bomb I dropped on him...
After watching a few reps I saw his elbows
were a little flared out and his grip was kinda
narrow...
I immediately asked if he had any elbow pain
to which he replied "yes"...

Solution: I told him to widen up his grip and
instead of tucking his elbows in, which makes
it a close grip, instead ROTATE them in...
This makes a HUGE difference! You'll engage
your triceps and upper back more, as well as
alleviate whatever pain your feelin' in the elbows...
