What's Crackin' SWOLEdiers?!
I was asked by a football coach if I only
had 30 minutes to work with athletes in
the gym, what would I do...
Athlete or not, if you're well organized
and motivated, you can accomplish huge
things inside of a 30 minute window...
Allow me to break down my response...
1) Dynamic Warm Up to stimulate the CNS
and increase flexibility and mobility of the
muscles surrounding the hips and shoulders
(5-10 minutes)
2) Core Lift (Squat, Deadlift & Bench to increase
maximal strength, size, and power output (rotate b/w
Max and Repetitive)
(10-15 minutes)
3) Bodyweight Finisher that addresses weakpoints
in a circuit format to increase work capacity and
anaerobic threshold
(5-10 minutes)
