7 Muscle Building & Fat Burning Tips

I know all of you are settling down for
the night and getting ready for the week
to come so I'll keep this quick...
I want to give you my 7 guidelines that'll
guarantee you to kick more ass in the gym
and in competition as well...
1) Set goals and train specific to them...
2) Eat specific to your goals...
3) Train for Strength even if you just want
to get Jacked or Ripped (or both)...
4) Use Compound Exercises instead of
Isolation so that more muscles are stimulated
at once (Bench > Fly)...
5) Train with intensity to increase your
metabolism and burn more fat at rest...
6) DON'T neglect the posterior (legs and back
of your body for faster muscle gain...
7) Make sure to use a proper warm up so
you don't get jacked up and out of commission...
