2 Times Training Hard is BAD....

What's Crackin' SWOLEdiers?!
You know how much I preach about the
importance of training intensity.
Hell, if it wasn't so meticulously infused
into my program, none of these guys would
have gotten these badass results...<<-----
But, there are two specific times when it's
imperative that you set your meathead
tendencies aside and let off the throttle...
1) When you are sick or are getting over
being sick, you have to allow your immune
system to do its job.
By training with intensity you actually put your
immune system in a very compromising position
that increases your chance to get or stay sick...
...and the other time you need to pump the brakes???
2) When De-loading, you'll want to dial down the
intensity to allow your Nervous System and
Musculoskeletal System time to recover...
Follow these guidelines and I can guarantee you that
not only will you prevent any injuries, but you'll get
amazing results like you see below a helluva lot faster!!!
