I've told you about how the secret weapon
we use at the MAN Cave to build dominant
athletes is Plyometrics...
Well unless you're doing them right they're
about as useless as a poop flavored popsicle!
Check out these 3 Rules to see if you're getting
the most out of these power building exercises...

1) Don't use too much volume (Plyo's are meant
to build power and explosiveness...not stamina)
2) Don't do them when you're spent (if you do them
when you're exhausted, your body won't adapt
to moving fast and explosively)
3) Don't program them sporadicly (there's a right
way and a wrong way to choose which Plyo-
you're gonna do on a daily basis)
