I think we can all agree that you are here 
reading this because you have some goal
that you want to conquer...
 
When it comes down to it, success and all
the riches it brings is all about setting and 
reaching goals.
 
So let me teach you the 4 tricks I've learned
about how to not just set them, but how to 
crush them in no time flat!!!

1) Set Quantitative Goals: These goals are 
based on specific numbers instead of at random...
 
Don't say this: "I want to gain weight"
 
Do say this: "I want to add 25 lbs. to my bench
in 6 weeks or less"
 
2) Set Short Term and Long Term Goals: Just setting
long term makes you runt the risk of burning out. Plus,
reaching small ones keeps you motivated for more...
 
3) Assess: To make sure you aren't
just beating your head against a wall, make sure you
assess your situation along the way...
 
4) Re-establish after Crushing: If you crushed a goal,
then create a new one that you'll shatter so that you can
get closer to the biggest goal you've set!
