Quick Exercise Adds 15 lbs. to bench (INSTANTLY)

I wanna let you in on a sick tip that I've 
used for some time now that's helped me 
and all my other lifters add up to 15 lbs.
on their bench press INSTANTLY..
 
The trick...grab an exercise band and do
15 band pull aparts right before your bench...
 
Why does this work? Simple...
 
A lot of you meatheads aren't doing one
of the most important things necessary to
push bar bending MAN weights...
 
You're NOT engaging your upper back!!!!
 
Pull aparts right before benching will activate 
your upper back so that you'll be able to press 
with the big boys in the gym!!!
