Tons of people have emailed me asking
how important it really is to focus your
program around maximal strength...
 
I tell them real quickly it doesn't matter at all 
if don't want sleeve splitting size and density 
as well as ridiculous explosiveness!
 
That's the big problem...you're only thinking
about one of the benefits of building bar bending
Man Strength...  
 
Well if being top dog in the gym and amongst
your friends isn't enough of a reason to want 
your Bench & Squat go up, think about this...
 
The more heavy weights you lift, the more 
overall mass and density you'll build. 
 
I'm not talking bodybuilder size and density.
I'm talking about "70's Big" size and density 
that makes other dudes crap themselves when
they accidentally knock into you...
