in the gym for meatheads like us is getting
pinned on a big bench press attempt...
The weight you stack on is enough to grab
attention from every curious onlooker...
You're center stage and you buckle under the
weight. In reality it's not a big deal, but to guys
like us its humiliating and the end of the world!
If you want to end that feeling forever then try
following this simple 5 Step Plan...
1) Get some sleep...A LOT!!!
2) Eat Like a Bear...
3) Prepare Mentally & Physically with proper
Mindset exercises, a dynamic warm up, and
plyometrics to stimulate your CNS (for speed)...
4) Master your form so you can get the most out
of your natural Man Strength...
5) Make sure to target weak points so that you build
a stronger foundation and patch up any leaks present...
I can promise you this, if you make a mistake
on ANY of these steps, you'll be the guy that's
humiliated instead of heralded!
