Injured? Can't Train? Do this to keep from getting FAT

What's Crackin' SWOLEdiers?!
Ever been injured, sick, or just simply
not able to hit the gym up the way you
love doing for a loooong period of time?
I know how much that can suck. The
hard grueling work you put in to the
gym is your drug of choice...
You'll be late to your own funeral before
you skip out on one of those testosterone
inducing heavy squat or deadlift sessions!
But you're human, and sometimes there's
a scenario that holds you back from tossing
around that heavy iron that you've come to love...
DON'T PANIC!!!
I've been their and I know what you're thinking...
"I'm gonna lose ALL of my muscle, and I'm
gonna get fat!!!"
Do this to keep your size & strength while not gettin' fat...
1) Lower Carb Intake (you aren't training so you
no longer require a ton of Man Fuel to burn)
2) Slightly Increase Protein (you don't want to lose muscle,
but you don't want too much protein that won't be needed
to aid in recovery either...just a 10-15% increase will do)
3) Kick it into overdrive when you get back to training!
