What's Crackin' SWOLEdiers?!
I guess it seems people DO still deadlift!
Atleast people like us who are desperate
for the respect that having that huge "pull"
still do...
Well, after last nights simple tip on how to
engage your hamstrings and glutes (so that
your spine doesn't explode out of your back),
I got an AWESOME email from an old friend...
Daragh Carr, an Irish rugby player, came to
the Man Cave a skinny, weak, and busted
up athlete that had lost all confidence...
He knew he was better than all of his counter-
parts he was up against, but his natural talents
were overmatched by the meatheads that were
just pushing him around.
After fine tuning his training and nutrition for
a few months he's got more size, strength, speed,
and power...
But the main thing he built...confidence!
He's the bully now!!!
Back to the deadlift though...that was one
of the lifts that we had to REALLY bring
up for him...
Well, last night he told me that his initial goal
of pulling 405 was eclipsed when he did it
for 4 EASY REPS!!!
