Avoid this Back Breaking Stripper!!!

What's Crackin' SWOLEdiers?!
I told you I was gonna hook you up
with a sweet deadlift tip but I LIED!!!
I'm gonna give you 3!!!
Why? Because my father always taught
me if anything's worth doing, it's worth
doing RIGHT!!!
***********************************
Here we go...
1) Avoid the Stripper Deadlift!!! (if your
hips and butt move up without the bar, and
your back rounds, that's a "Stripper Deadlift")
That leads to LESS than your existing strength
levels allow...and a back injury (#Weak!!!)
2) Drive from the Heels (When you initiate
the lift, with your legs, drive your HEELS
through the ground to keep levers aligned)
3) Tight...not Retracted (DO NOT retract
or shrug your shoulder blades at the top or
bottom! But do keep your upper back tight)
Doing so will risk a trap tear, and trust me,
after seeing and hearing that first person
with one of my buds...you don't want that!!!
***********************************
If you knew how much cash I spent
TOTAL getting coached up on the DL
alone (Flying, lodging, and coaching),
you'd think I'm CRAZY giving these away!!!
But the jaw dropping results these guys are
getting has made it worth every last penny!!!
