I gotta let you know, I'm absolutely
PUMPED to get into the gym today!
It's deadlift day!!! Time to face the bar
and dominate it and the defenseless weights
that stand no chance against me!
I know I'm going to pull some crazy, bar
bending weights, and I know that because
of that my T-Levels are going to flood
my entire body...
When that happens I can expect a huge
surge in confidence and even bigger jolt
in muscle gains (#Victory)...
I didn't always look forward to these days
though...
I used to DREAD them! Even FEAR them...
