I know some of you might not want to face

1) Don't ditch the weights! I know you think that
weights are just for getting JACKED, but what 
you might not know is they burn TONS of fat too...
 
2) DO Ditch Traditional Cardio: Instead of burning
up your hard earned lean muscle up by doing boring 
and feminizing cardio, do 5-10 min. of intense 
resistance cardio like you'll find HERE...
 
3) "Metabolic Manipulation": This trick has been used
by bodybuilders and transformation specialists for years!
 
See, you can't cut carbs out completely because you won't 
get through the intense training routines that get you those
eye catching and jaw dropping results FAST...
