My #1 "Body Transformation" Rule

What's Crackin' SWOLEdiers?!
 
Whenever someone comes to the MAN Cave
or emails me for advice on how to transform
into the Jacked, Ripped, Athletic machine they've
always wanted I find I always give them this rule...
 
K.I.S.S. (Keep It Simple Stupid!!!)
 
It's the same piece of advice my father always gave 
to me and it is by far the most important and effective
rule when trying to achieve the life changing results
that have been eluding you for far too long...
 
The problem we all have is that we are bombarded 
with all these crazy and complex training methods 
that leave us more frustrated than anything!
 
So although all you want to do is sprint straight
for the finish line, all you are given is a map that
leads to nowhere!
 
Although I abide by a scientific and proven approach
to training with the SWOLE System, at its roots its 
the simplest program that anyone could ever wish for...
 
Reason being is that it is rooted in just 3 simple guidelines...
 
1) Use Simple Compound Lifts
2) Lift Fast and Forcefully
3) Lift Intensely 
 
I'm warning you right now..
 
If you continue to fall in the trap of doing the same 
crazy routines that you see etched in magazines (funny 
how they change all the time), then you'll NEVER
