What's Crackin' SWOELdiers?!
I woke up this morning and could barely
move I was so sore!
Two days in a row of heavy lifting and high
volume left me feeling crippled. But as you
all know, to beat the soreness and recover
you gotta put some time in for recovery work...
My favorite active recovery, that actually allows
me to get a sweet pump is doing quick and intense
bodyweight circuits...
On that note, I want to bring up an important note
for all of you that want to not just look like a stud,

more!
It's the simplest, most versatile, and honestly the most
effective means to turn your body into a weapon while
building a more ripped up athletic physique!
You can do it ANYWHERE, and it's great for building
explosiveness, strength, endurance and shape to your
muscle bellies...
Not just that, but like I did earlier today, you can plug
them in for fast and easy recovery work that will give
you a massive pump and help overcome debilitating
muscle soreness...
