I want you to be completely honest 
with me...Are you focussing as much
on nutrition as much as training???
 
If not, you are leaving HUGE gains on
the table...Gains that you put in the sweat
equity for but chose not to take...
 
Unacceptable!!!
 
Proper nutrition I always say is the fastest way
to accelerate or eliminate the gains you make
from the work you're putting in at the gym...
 
Eat the right food, in the right amounts, at the 
right time and you can expect to get Jacked,
Ripped, and Cock-Strong all at the same time...
 
If you don't you're going to always be 
pissed off at how other guys are getting 
what you so desperately want but aren't 
 
Hell, I gained 27 lbs of lean and shredded 
muscle my freshman year of college when
I started to focus on diet like I did on lifting!!!
