Beware of these Fat Storing "Trap Foods"

I woke up this morning to a TON
of nutrition questions in response
to my "nutrition" post last night...
That's awesome because like I mentioned
yesterday, nutrition really is the magic bullet
when it comes to freakish transformations!!!
So building on yesterdays steam I thought
I'd share a few of the secret killers of all
progress in the gym...
Foods that you think are gonna deliver
results, but instead only deliver broken
promises and years of frustration!
I call them "Trap Foods"...
And if you continue to eat foods like this
you will continue to leave tons of potential
gains on the table...
Here are just 3 of the culprits...
1) Salads:
As unmanly as it sounds, I gotta admit,
I enjoy a good salad every once in a while. But,
when I do, I make sure to avoid the hidden "trash"
that so many people add that makes you store fat...
High fat cheeses, croutons, dressings, etc...if you
aren't careful this "trap food" can be worse than
a Big Mac!!!
2) Cereal:
Pop quiz, what cereal has more sugar than any other?
Hint: it's not any kiddy cereal like Lucky Charms or
Cinnamon Toast Crunch...It's Raisin Bran!!!
Yet another "Food Trap" that used to pull me away
from the results that I wanted so bad...
3) Protein Bars:
These are the BIGGEST wolf isn sheep's clothing!!!
Many of these have more saturated fat, sugar, and
calories than freaking candy bars do!!!
Bottom line, there's a lot that the so called "Health
Experts" are selling you that is absolute crap and is
preventing you from getting what you deserve from
the balls out workouts you are putting yourself through!!!
Don't let that happen any more!!!
