If you've seen any of my YouTube
videos or have used any of my training
programs you'll notice one thing missing...
Ab routines...
It's not that I don't care about how my
stomach looks.
Quite the contrary. I do care about my
midsection and want nothing more than
to look as ripped up and athletic as how
I perform...
BUT, I also hate doing crunches, sit ups,
planks, twist, turns and whatever other
ab exercises that are excruciatingly boring!
If you want the truth, here it is...
You DON'T have to do ab exercises to get
a ripped midsection!
Six packs aren't born from a set and standardized
15 minute ab routine every day....
Believe me. I tried that and only got tight hips,
lower back pain and a broken spirit that left me
no leaner than the day I started that absurd routine...
Nope, if you REALLY want to know the secret
that I stumbled upon to help myself and everyone
you see here, then I 'd do this:
1) Start focusing on upping the intensity of your
training routines. My favorite way to do this when
trying to lean up FAST is cutting rest time...
2) Use compound lifts in a superset format to up
your metabolism and increase Testosterone production
(testosterone will melt fat like no other!!!)
3) Dial in your nutrition! Simplest tips I can give are
to taper down carbs throughout the day, eat lower fat
and lean proteins, and drink atleast a gallon of H20 daily...
Trust me on this one guys! I've been on the darkside
of trying to get the all too elusive 6-Pack before...
It wasn't until I essentially gave that up and stumbled
upon this simple method that I realized the best way
to get ripped abs!
