3 Tips to add 40 lbs to your bench by June...

What's Crackin' SWOLEdiers?!
 
I'll get to the bench tips in a second, but 
let me first give you a tip that will give 
you a better day and a better life...
 
Show your mother, your grandmother,
and/or your wife some love today...they
deserve it and it's a class move.
 
Ok now lets get started with some bench
bombs...
 
These are gonna be quick fire so pay close
attention...
 
1) Work on your bridge to minimize the distance
the bar has to travel...
 
2) After your dynamic warm up, try doing some
plyometrics (plyo-push ups are my favorite) to 
stimulate your CNS and increase explosiveness...
 
3) Spend a LOT of time doing pull ups, rows,
and upper back to patch up weaknesses...
 
This might sound like a crock of sh*t, but one
of my meatheads, who I gotta admit is kind of
a nerd, used these and added 40 lbs. to his bench
in less than a month!
 
We're talking about a 32 yr. old desk job guy
who I hate to admit is a better fit at a Star Trek
convention than at the MAN Cave...
