Marine Corp Body Bearer test [can you pass it?]
Published: Mon, 05/27/13
There's an group in the Marine Corps
that are responsible for doing something I
have no shame saying I couldn't do on my
best day...
They are responsible for the task of carrying
the caskets of their fallen brothers and taking
them to their eternal resting spot.
They're called Marine Corps Body Bearers,
and the mental and physical strength they must
posses puts them at the very peak of condition
amongst the entire United States Marine Corp.
The physical requirements alone are enough
to make even other Marines quiver.
They must be atleast 6ft. tall, weigh 250 lbs.,
and be able to carry an 800 lb. test casket...
And that's only the tip of the iceberg!
They must also be able to bench 225, Squat 315,
Military Press 135, and Strict Curl 115....
MULTIPLE TIMES!!!
When faced with this seemingly impossible challenge
at the time, one of our coaching clients was convinced
he didn't have the juice to make it through the tests (let
alone be selected).
But after a year of following the program we mapped
out for him, he not only CRUSHED the standards test,
he got chosen!
Check out Cpl. Alan Thrall's amazing results

You can also find the EXACT program he used
to be selected into one of the USMC's most elite
and sought after units.
