"The Rock" Workout

I can't think of anyone in Hollywood
that is more Jacked, Ripped, and 
Badass than "The Rock"...
 
Seriously, if you can look yourself in 
the mirror and honestly say you don't 
have a legit Man Crush on him, I'll give
you my first born!
 
Well, recently I just saw a behind the 
scenes look at how he trained while on
set, and noticed something I was a little
surprised about...
 
"The Rock" uses the exact same resistance

Why? Simply put, he's a lot like you and I in
the sense that he usually only has 30 minutes
to an hour to train and wants to build as much
muscle and burn as much fat as possible...
