This Bench tip makes no sense...BUT IT WORKS!!!

Everyone knows the Bench Press is a
"pushing" movement...
So it makes sense that in order to increase
your 1 Rep Max you would want to focus
all of your attention on pushing exercises
that reinforce your weak points...
But what I've found to be the absolute BEST
exercise that will give you the biggest bench in
the gym is something that will scratch your head..
The most potent exercise I use to give me a bench
that makes other dudes wet their pants is none other
than...the pull up!
Wait...WHAT?!
Yea, you read that right...
The upper back work that a good ole fashion
pull up will give you helps to stabilize big boy
weight so you aren't swaying all over at the top.
That's only one piece of the puzzle if you want
a bigger bench...
