NFL Workout [How to DOMINATE]

If you wanna build NFL size, strength
and explosiveness, while developing
the scary muscularity that they have,
you're gonna have to train like them!
After I figured out how they trained, it
opened up the flood gates to the results
that all of my Man Caver's were getting!
All of their max out days ended with
new records...
They started gaining mounds of ripped
muscle...
Their vertical and sprinting speed went
through the roof...
Bottom line they started DOMINATING
their workouts and absolutely embarrassing
whatever "competition" stood in their way!
Here's the exact breakdown for the
workouts they follow:
A. Training Primer (5-10 minutes of activation
and mobility work to prime your body to train
at 100% of your genetic capacity)
B. Speed/Explosiveness (10 minutes of Plyos
and jump training to help you DOMINATE)
C. Max Strength (15-20 minutes of the
Core Lifts that act as the foundation of
our program and deliver the fastest and
most dramatic results)
D. Weak Point Training (10-15 minutes
of fast paced circuit training that patch up
all of our weaknesses and get us JACKED
and RIPPED)
E. Fat Burning Finisher (5-10 minutes of
bodyweight and strongman work that builds
staggering muscularity and endurance)
I'm telling you man, when we started using
this format the gains came fast and easy!
