What's Crackin' SWOLEdiers?!
I was watching a documentary on Bruce Lee
last night, "I am Bruce Lee", and there was a
specific mentality that he had that I LOVE!!!
His approach to martial arts was what many
would say gave birth to mixed martial arts
today...
He didn't have one specific style...
He had multiple weapons in his arsenal and
would be able to use whichever one fluidly
to whip all sorts of ass!
He used different tactics when they were best
suited to defeat his foe...
He realized early that in order to be a stone
cold assassin you can't be one dimensional...
Jeet Kune Do is what he called it...
It was the most lethal martial art you could learn
because it was an endless buffet of whoop ass that
you had on your plate!
During the years it took me to develop what I now
call the SWOLE System, this is the prevailing concept

Why develop just one aspect of fitness with your training

Yep, the way I see it, the 'Dragon' paved the way for the
