What's Crackin' SWOLEdiers?!
I'm sure all of you know at this point that
my formula for success in the gym focuses
on a scientific approach to building strength...
With what I want and what I want for you

Literally speaking, when we focus on building
maximal strength (the ability to overcome external
loads), we improve much more than our 'Strength'...
1) Our power output/speed improves because
of what the force-velocity curve tells us (relatively
lighter weights move easier when you're stronger)...
2) Our Muscular Endurance improves because of
our focus on training weak points during supplemental
and accessory exercises...
3) Our Body Composition improves because when
focusing on bringing up those weak points, we develop
lean muscle that kicks ass at burning fat (Jacked & Ripped!)
But all of these pale in comparison to the REAL gains
that you achieve by focusing on a foundation of strength...
I believe strength, and the pursuit of it in the gym, is the
truest metaphor for LIFE...
It's about setting a goal, working your way through obstacles
and adversity, and overcoming the burdens that keep you from
getting what you want...
And what does it take for you to do this?
