The "CNS Red Zone">>>why it's holding you back...

What's Crackin' SWOLEdiers?!
 
One of the funniest things I have to deal with
on a daily basis is preventing all of my meatheads
from getting in the way of getting great results...
 
The second they stop questioning "Why" and just
do what I tell them to is the second they start seeing
increased Strength, Size, Speed, and Fat Loss..
 
No greater is this example than when I tell them
that in order to increase their 1 Rep Max, they CAN'T
go Full Meathead and just do it everyday...
 
There's a good reason behind this...
 
Although it's true that if you want to increase strength
you must lift heavy weights, if you lift that way TOO 
OFTEN your CNS (Central Nervous System) flops!
 
What I mean by your CNS flopping is that it starts to 
shut down and those increases in Strength and Testosterone
production will plummet fast!
 
How sensitive is this balance?
 
If you train just 2% heavier than what we discovered is the 
"CNS Red Zone", you'll go from developing more size, strength,
and Testosterone, to cortisol, weakness and frailty (not kidding!)...

The only way around that is to make sure you've periodized
properly and do enough to stimulate instead of annihilate! 
 
It's a bit tricky to create this balance though...Which is exactly
why I simplified it for you here!
