If you're like me, you LOVE pushing your body
to the absolute limit in the gym...
Lifting heavy ass weights and doing set after set to
push the limits of what we were told is humanly
possible is what we do...it's what makes us Men...
Only thing is, no matter how physically and mentally
tough we are, that lust for great results comes at a
BIG cost...
PAIN!!!
That's right...it's good that we push as hard as we do to get
those badass results that we crave, but in the pursuit of that
we are putting ourselves in harms way...
My buddy Rick has been pivotal in both treating my injuries
and preventing me from making a lot of the mistakes that I used
to make all the time...
