I think we all know and can agree that the
bench press is the most popular lift if you
are a meathead...
Everything about it kicks ass!
There's nothing better than heading into the
gym on a 1 Rep Max day, mentally prepping
for that new P.R., and CRUSHING that weight!
That is unless you AREN'T doing that because
of the pain you have in your shoulder...

Before I discovered not just proper form, but the
preventative measures to take I had developed an
unhealthy fear of the Bench Press...
I know I'm not alone on this matter too...
I deal with countless guys that come in to my gym
wanting to bench but not being able to because they
are scared they'll f*#k their shoulder up...
Been there done that...it's an easy fix to an all too
common but avoidable problem...
Listen, you don't need to fear the bench press or face
a certain and unfortunate path to the operating room...
This is an EASY problem to fix IF you play it smart and
identify then address the reason you are having these issues...

P.S. Ice, Advil, Aleve or Tequila will help deal with the pain
your dealing with, but that's only a bandaid over a bullet wound.
