7 Meathead Myths I'm Squashing (and the TRUTH)...

What's Crackin' SWOLEdiers?!
 
Being in the fitness industry for as long as I've
been, I've come up with 2 universal truths...
 
One, there are a LOT of bullshit myths out there
that cloud a lot of your minds and prevent you from
gathering the truth that will make you great progress...
 
And two, the more bullshit myths I hear, the more assured
I am of how RIGHT and EFFECTIVE my methods are...
 
Here's 7 myths that I want to squash off the top of my 
head (trust me, there's more but these are fresh in my head)...
 
1) If you wanna get defined, you gotta do isolation exercises...
 
2) If you wanna get ripped, you gotta do boring ass cardio...
 
3) The bench press is a chest exercise (this ones killing your max
and your shoulders)... 
 
4) To squat a lot you have to have strong quads (again...BS!)
 
5) To get a wider back, do wide grip pull ups...
 
6) If you want to get a panty dropping 6-pack, you gotta
do a ton of sit-ups and crunches...
 
7) It's impossible to build muscle and burn fat at the same time...
 
All of these myths are BULLSHIT and my life's work in the gym
