I did some front squats today along with a lot of bodyweight
and band work....
I also talked about some of the form differences (and similarities)
of doing the back squat vs. the front squat...
HINT: besides where the bar is sitting and where your feet lie,
there aren't too many differences...
The one thing that remains the same is this: If you wanna
up your Man Quotient, get JACKED, and Strong/Explosive
as a Dynamite on Crack...DO BOTH!!!
