3 Exercises for a Bigger Chest and a Bigger Bench...

Before I hit the bed and get some much needed 
snooze time, I wanted to do two things for you...
 
One, show you a quick video of a question I answered

Two, give you my Favorite 3 Exercises to build tons of 
size in the chest and strength in the bench press...
 
Here they are...
 
1) DB Floor Press: easy on the body but BIG on gains...
 
2) Manual Resistance Push Ups: Don't let them fool you! 
These push ups will humble you regardless of how advanced 
you are!!!
 
3) Barbell Bench Press: The bench is NOT a chest initiated 
movement unlike many bodybuilders make it seem to be. 
However no other lift will get you stronger and more JACKED!
 
This is the thing...you don't have to choose which is more 
important to you anymore...
 
It used to be that if you wanted to build strength, you were only 
able to build that in a program and nothing else...
 
Same with size, power, and getting ripped...
 
NOT ANYMORE!!!
 
Utilizing the Conjugate Method like we do at the MAN Cave,
we've managed to build everything at once!
 
Many people are probably reading this right now and calling 
BULLSHIT...
 
Well, I hate to be the bearer of GOOD NEWS, but it's not! And
I've got the proof to back it up...
