Eat Like a MAN...(not a Vag)

I'm up in New Jersey right now getting coached up
on how NOT to suck at delivering you more content
on how to get JACKED, RIPPED & Strong...
Well, whenever I roll into seminars like this I tend
not to eat too strict...
I don't eat like a fat chick watching an Oprah marathon,
but I'm not eating boiled chicken and broccoli either...
And the great thing, if I give myself a break from eating
strict on the weekend or for a week once every month or
two, I don't BECOME that fat chick...
My point is this, it's great that you want to get the most
from your hard training by eating clean, but you don't
have to eat so clean so that you get called a "girl"!!!
Life's too damn short...food's too damn good...and getting
JACKED/RIPPED while eating like a MAN is not as
difficult as you may think...

Here is one of my favorite foods to eat that you might
think would make me a chub, but will actually light up
my metabolism and helps me get JACKED & RIPPED...
Bacon Cheese Burger (Man Meal!!!):
-Lean ground beef (leaner than a lot of chicken and ups T-Levels)
-Center cut bacon (much leaner than regular bacon)
-Cheese (Reduced Fat)
-Grilled Veggies (High fiber and delicious)
-Fried Egg (if you're feeling particularly manly)
-Whole Wheat Bun (or toasted Ezekiel Bread)
You might think that'd be a calorie bomb that lands you in
the grave ten years earlier, but it'll actually charge up your
metabolism and help you lean up while adding muscle...

P.S. Eating clean doesn't have to mean "eating like a girl".
The key is knowing the tricks that'll allow you to eat like
a man while still getting badass results...
