What's Crackin' SWOLEdiers?!
I was training with a couple of my boys up here in Jersey
and decided to get a little photo op to commemorate the
impressive concentration of T and knowledge...
After looking at the pic, one of my friends and fellow coaches
told me "DAMN! Your biceps are huge!"
Well, they sure as hell weren't always like that!
Not til I ditched the same lame ass arm workouts did I start
building some serious size and peek on my biceps...
Here are three of my favorite exercises you can start to do
that I guarantee will start to get you ridiculous pipes...
1) Pull Ups: Not pull downs...PULL UPS! Not only will you get
a big peek on the biceps, but you'll get a huge upper back too...
2) Incline Curls: You know who loved these? Arnold did. And he
had arms that made chicks more wet than a rainy day at the beach!
3) Hammer Curls: They give you not just jacked biceps & brachiallis,
but you'll have a pair of meathook forearms that demand respect
from dudes and chicks alike...
You gotta know how to plug them in though...
